imxyy1soope1 1cf0d8fed2 nix: nix-racer -> selector4nix 
Replace the vendored nix-racer Rust proxy with selector4nix as the local
substituter proxy. Drop the nix-racer crate and its systemd service, add
the selector4nix flake input, repoint nix.settings.substituters at its
port, and load upstream nixos modules via an upstreamModules list in
flake/hosts.nix.

imxyy1soope1 9dc47df5ea flake, overlays: move stable and master overlays to host config 
Defining the `stable` and `master` package overlays directly in `flake/hosts.nix` allows them to properly
inherit `config.nixpkgs.config` from the specific host.

* removed television fish integration workaround
* removed `~/.config/fish/fish_variables` entry in my.persist.homeFiles
  since [fish v4.3.0](https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/releases/tag/4.3.0)
  no longer sets universal variables by default
